I like this a lot. Very clean. Good color choice. The only thing holding it back from # one is that I worry about confusion with bicycle wheels, although I agree that personally, they look like motorcycle wheels to me. Overall, a nice professional appearance, and a good blend between motorcycles and lawyers.
