I like the circle element, which I suspect represents the sun. I don't like the don't used in the word "realty". Can this theme be expressed in a more luxury light?

yes, i meant "font". My favorite of your entries is #18 although the "realty" word gets a bit lost. I like the font as well. Perhaps without the palm tree it might take on a more luxury look?

Can you try spreading the word realty underneath sunshine in a sharper font and eliminate the lines?
