Here is my logo for your consideration. I incorporated an agave plant, as well as a sun: two very prominent and recognized icons that tie to your food and land (as well as alcohol). The font I made is a custom script that I wanted to feel natural/rough and in touch with the land, while still feeling Mexican in appearance. Also, I thought it may sound more authentic with this instead of "Mexican Restaurant", but I would be happy to provide it that way as well.
