Work on this logo, This is the one with the best potential. Make it more sharp, the head of the snake looks good but with no offence I feel that I looks like a cartoon, Make is more serious. I hope you understand what I am trying to express.

Try to make it just like this one but the letters inside all straight and the shadow could have the curb like the snake body.

i like it better like this. You have very good ideas, and since you are from Mexico, I have hope that you will come up with something that me and my business partner will love. just try to look at your traditions and folklore and try to express it in some other logos. But, so far this is an excellent start. Keep it up.
