Here are some of my concepts. I've taken your existing logo and tried to simplify it, whilst keeping the overal look similar - that way people will hopefully see the connection. And thereby creating an icon that works well within the logo or as a stand alone element, one that can be used for things like favicons or watermarks.
I also tried to bring movement in, by joining the two people in the logo, symbolising them coming together.
The logos are 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed,
It would be my pleasure to work up any variations so please do say. I look forward to your comments or thoughts.
Angus, We like everything about the logo. Colors, shape, movement, connection to current logo, everything. We would like to see a font for "a church without walls" that is easier to read. Thanks for your work!
Hi, Thanks for responding so quickly to our feedback. We'd like one more revision to the "A Church Without Walls" line for #38
1. We'd like to have it all lowercase: "a church without walls." 2. We'd like the "a church without walls" line to be the same width as the "MCC AUSTIN" line. You can modify the spacing on either line to make this work--whatever your graphic eye thinks is best.
#41 - all lowercase and same width as MCC AUSTIN #42 - as per above but "a church without walls" made slightly smaller and more spaced #43 - as per #41 but all copy slightly smaller #44 - as per #42 but all copy slightly smaller
I think, personally I'm leaning slightly towards the text being slightly large, so #41 and #42.
