Just a few ideas based around the same "Mi" logo. Stressing a simple, bold image is my attempt to reinforce the Hip, Stylish, Creative, Official, Professional, High-quality, Corporate and Bold requirements. Sometimes the best qualities are inferred by the observer rather than spelled out by the designer.
The "i" within the "M" symbolizes the human aspect - 1 person also suggests leadership. The yellow of the head creates the feeling of a light bulb without getting too corny.
