We like the new submission a lot. A few more variants and I think we'll be happy:

1) Swap the colors in the globe, i.e. make the oceans dark and the continents light.

2) Show us some other colors for the spear.

Last comments and we're good to go. We want you to slightly reduce the thickness of the line and replace the SOCOM spear with a more standard arrow head. And produce an option with an arrow's tail feathers near the bottom, or some stylized approximation thereof. Looking forward to it...
