Thanks. I personally like #11 and the way the bird taking flight represents personal growth and development.

Ok thanks = re #11 when you point that out to us -- the bird taking flight we can see it -- however we did not see it at first -- so maybe it needs a little refinement ? We are not sure what to suggest.

On Entry #1 - Could you please put "MP" in the center of the graphic
use color Red and sans serif font, capitals

#119 yes but we think the red MP needs to be smaller so there is more white space around it

#134 do you plan on submitting any more variations on this - you have only give us one text layout and font to look at. Some of our design team is leaning to the other designs with different text layout..

Hi. You hadn't made any comments about the font or text layout, so I was assuming you preferred it as is. I can certainly show you some options.

Can you offer any other comments from your team that may help guide me through the revisions?
