Thanks Kromosom, I like the way you have explored the fonts and their sizing... It seems this font is a favourite amongst the Designers who have submitted so far.. Do you have access to a font that is similar to the one used in newspapers.. or even have a letterpress effect? Look forward to your response, Cheers Merinda
Hi Kromosom, I love Bali too! Thanks for your submission.
#43 & #44 are really effective... they stand out & are very simple. #44 is my preferred out of the two, although I do like the black background of #43
#38 & #39 are a little less clear to read, due to the grading of colour in the font & background
#32 & #33 are still really interesting and I keep coming back to them as I like the way you have played with the sizing of the letters but you have maintained a clear line framing the text. If you are happy to, could you please explore the possibilities further with the font for #32 & #33? Could you look to bring a sophisticated edge to them, without being too formal?
Hi Kromosom... I have had feedback from my web designer who is working on my website & he had a couple of comments which are very valid...here they are:
" A couple of things to consider… • avoid gradients in the back ground as the take focus away from the actual design. Ask those to be resubmitted with a solid background. • the logo needs to work in positive as well as negative space. How will the type look in dark colour on a white background as well as vice versa"
#77 is different again, but i think you are heading down the right track with #43 & #44, they respond well to the comments above...
