Entry #3 I like design but I do not like the lower case t with the upper case t see if you can do something with that or work the tree into them.

#59 Looks good can you do one with an Icon of the T and the M merged making a tree?

in #129 you could always pull the icon out of the wordmark and use it separately. this way its flexible so you have the potential for both...
