I liked the letters with the X idea. I just think it might be better with M and I horizontal, and GC in smaller font on the bottom. Flag in the middle with no text might be another idea too.

I really like this one! The only change I would make is to the letters in the middle. Could you come up with some different middle configurations? Thank you:)
