Good start however I think the grunge look is only something that would be used on shirts, etc. For the actual logo (wordmark) it would need to be more simplistic (remove the green). Are you able to do this and also add in a symbol (some form of unique M or abstract symbol)?

Thank you. Not necessarily a face, but something more abstract than just a normal 'M' – something that represents a menace (naughty, bad, evil, etc).
