I'm inclined to declare this the winner, but I have a couple of needs I want to see if you can handle: (i) I often need a SQUARE "bug-only" need for a logo. Since there is no stand-alone "Bug", can you think of any square accompaniment image that can go with this to represent it (not necessary the name); (ii) would need this in a vector format as well as transparent PNG for web and hi-res JPG for print. Finally, you showed this to me in a black version (with the cloud on top); can you include the black version (without the cloud). Make sense?
