First, we don't need to highlight Melissa as it is in many other logos. I like the Idea of Melissa Family (on top) and Big DENTAL on the bottom. The sign has to be read by people driving by at 40 MPH.
Entries 6,7 and 8 are just too busy and does not fit what I am looking for.
I like the font size of # 3 but I want Melisa Family on top line (like in the entries 4 and 5) and Dental on the bottom line and DENTAL as big as the top line so it is very easy to read. Dental is what we are emphasizing here a bit.
I would also, like to see something that looks like a family and a tooth between Melissa and Family on the top line of the logo.
The idea behind the concept: a tooth inside an heart (care); inside the tooth is an apple (the symbol of healthy teeth). Looking the entire icon as a whole you can see an heart shaped apple. I used some warm and friendly colors. Please note that colors can be changed as you want. Thanks! Ake
I like the #14 and #15. I would also like to see a logo where the family symbol is erupting between Family and Dental and Dental at the bottom is big enough letters.
I also updated 3 logos that I came across whose Colors and Fonts type I like so play with that a little bit.
I do like the innovative concepts on #11 and #12
So far we are making good progress here and I like what I am seeing here.
I don't think dark background works at all so keep all them white background.
Look at my examples of logos I like: "westlake family dentistry" and "Woodlands family Dental" and try to incorporate those types of colors and some types of lines and curves. Overall we are doing well here on the logo.

Hello Ake. I am going back to our original ideas of tooth and a family. Can you post back couple of the logos similar to #15 with red and blue colors and the Family/tooth logo on the Top. Also, can you make versions of #15 similar to the colors on #34 and #36 and Make DENTAL in a bit bolder colors. I think we are getting very close here and I would be making final decisions pretty soon. It will be between the styles of #36 and #15 but #15 with the logo on top nothing on the front.

Hello, I have added new examples of coloring and logos that I do like. Please take a look at it. Also, logo has to be on TOP not in front. Make the DENTAL bit bolder and bigger and must go from E in Melissa to L in Family. ALso, play with the boldness/lightness of the logo and make few versions of it. Also, play with the tooth logo a bit too and see if we can come up with something different but better looking. I am really waiting for your revisions before making a final decision.
