Sure thing,...I personally really like where this specific design is heading,...suggestion to incorporate safety/protection elements actually turned out to be very constructive!

Regarding the layout options,...there are many applications for a logo (printing, embroidering, web, etc.), and delivering few layouts for one logo design is not a problem,...actually it is a rule!

...more abstract symbol for protection/safety at work - circular logo icon outter form, comming from the base of the project/bridge/leaf! ...monochrome, negative space version on 289!

Thank you for very constructive feedback,...let me see what can I come up with to incorporate safe working environment elements, but still to maintain unique, non-generic appearance!

Our big "issue" around her is a safe working environment. If you find some way to incorporate that...there aren't many designers that did.

I do like this one better than the other one (ranked 43rd). My favorite of yours is the leaf/bridge logo though.

...and here's one more update on one of my previous designs,...introducing "M" with road construction segment,... this unique solution might have very strong branding potential! Any thoughts/suggestions!? Thank you!
