Thanks again for this. I like the colors and the fact that your is different (that is good). I am just not sure of the symbol as it may have too much of a religous tone. I don't beleive that was your intention but could get looked at that way. i would be very interested in you other ideas

Also the Solutions gets lost in this a bit
