I am leaning towards a logo that can hold itself as it speaks to specific messages, for example the circle could contain a cat image to represent the medicine/love from a cat or a dog for dog lovers.
Yet still retain the semblance of the logo image.
Hope I have conveyed this clearly.
I would also like to see Messages with ❤️ under MedicineWear.

If it were a product design. I would just have the image over the word Medicine on the front of a hat and the logo on the back.
