Color is perfect!
Image is not clear as to what it represents.

There is three main element to describe my concept:
- cross (medical)
- signal (search)
- bulb/lamp (solution)
- people in the center (staff)

My concept is to create an icon with medical symbol (cross) integrated with "bulb/lamp", signals and people as representation of "solution for medical staffing".

#48, #49 — I make the bulb and the people in the center more prominent by color difference. I also add variation for the text layout as well for your review.
