Hello. Can we try to soften the logo by changing the gold and lightening the gray? Maybe having a softer font as well?

Love it. Can we try having the world Revenue more emphasized? Maybe with a different color and on the same line as Medical? Then putting a line on one or both sides of Solutions to even out that line?
