3 arrows aimed up making letter m, also an increasing statistic to emphasize holics the enthusiasm

-Drop the italics on the font, try making either media or holics bolder
-Make the arrows in the symbol more obvious that they are going higher. I mean make the height difference between the arrows more.
-Make the symbol and text heights closer, the symbol is overpowering the whole logo.
