I like that your concept is different that some of the others but would like to see a slightly smaller "plus sign" and maybe exchange the colors of the plus sign with the silver of the "swoosh" and present them in both solid and gradient variations. (solid gray plus with gradient blue swoosh and/or gradient silver plus with solid blue swoosh)
I think I'd also like the graphic to be equal to the height of the text or only slightly taller. I think it is too large as it is now. I'd also like to see the second row of text as a gray gradient from left to right if possible.
