We'd also like to try out the "Your Community, Your Roads" slogan in the next iteration

This is good and will likely be enough to make you a finalist. My boss suggested a version where you replace the "T" with the Circle Logo that's currently left of the text. With a little adjustment, the Circle with the Roads could resemble the "T". Right now it seems there are two "Ts" in the logo
