Like the design & your slogan -- perhaps the colors could be slightly louder? Or if you made the side lanes in your graphic green bike lines, that might work well

The concept behind the icon is a road in perspective but also forming the letters "M" (the 3 vertical parallel bars) and "T".
Also I've added a slogan, "Our community, Our roads." it inspires unity ,responsibility and improvements.
