Good stuff!! I really like the M and the S blocks :). Very creative!
I had an idea, how bout making the "DEVELOP YOUR FUTURE" the full length of MeanStudios, then taking the MS blocks and placing them on the left hand side of the two lines and making it's height the same as the two lines. I'm looking more for lean than boxy :).

#21 has the "MS boxes emblem" horizontal, and #22 has it vertical, which makes it fit in smaller.
