And as you requested to have the minimal logo in the middle, here is the arrow above "t" to be in the middle of the design rather than the "o" where i attached it in the previous version just because it goes perfect with that shape!

Ok so as a minimal element added, an arrow could be the answer to have something that also can ressemble a house but also go along with the design but as you requested minimal, my opinion is that a logo in the middle is not the right direction!

Not to big on the line art, the red house over the O was good because it was minimal. Just looking for a large logo in the middle or something creative but classy not tacky. You seem to have the eye for minimal, just hard to find something good... and I am not a good source lol. I just know what I will like when I see it.. sorry

I really like this one... if you could play around with a top icon that isn't seen all the time for housing ads but still looks like a house or roof or something dealing with a home in the middle I would love to see. I leave it up to you! Thank you for all your efforts.
