Yes, I think it becomes neater, easier to read and more memorable

Sure, here's the update #152

Please change letter spacing on GROUP so the word has a more open spacing and shorten lines (so they are still even on left and right with logo as they are)
Then please open up the word and/or letter spacing on the slogan so it is spread the same width as arrows show.
Finally, please remove the URL at bottom. I can add later.
In the end, I will want slogan separate from logo for different applications, but I'd like to see how it looks together for now.

I actually do like this lettering less bold (part of the rules is that McClure can't overwhelm or look larger than eXp. If perhaps the M was bold and a bit larger but the rest of the word was Not bold, it would work better. Still going w/ the concept as in later examples of having the peaked roofs, chimney and taller than other letters.

For simplicity, thinking either just one orange slanted line on left or none. Would be interesting to see.

Are you willing to just put the McClure logo by itself? It has been recommended to me to design independently and join later for various applications. Thanks

Once Chosen you'll get the source file of this logo (EPS, AI, PNG, PDF, JPG) so you can use it anywhere you want. I can provide the black & white version for free. But if you ask about designing a yard sign, signature line for email (email banner?), I don't know, is 35$ too much? Please let me know what do you think :-)

I am wondering... once chosen, how do you finalize with me? I will need things such as the above for signature line on email, each individually so I can design my yard sign, black and white copies, etc. It may even be helpful to have my signature line for email created. I just wondered how all this worked. I know you don't work for free, but what do I minimally expect?

Could you provide a draft with letters in McClure a bit thicker and/or with more height? Thanks for this new version! The tweeking is noticeable and appreciated. I think the M could be even a bit more exaggerated. I want it to say “houses” a bit more strongly (I think). Please leave this version in the mix bc I could be wrong!

In general, I really like this. I would need various variations of it. Rather than my entire slogan, I think it would be interesting to work in "How you Sell" as a shortened slogan.

I attached a new logo for exp.

I think I'd like M and roof lines to be a bit larger. Also, at the same time, "Brokered by" above the EXP and the EXP could be a bit expanded too...?
