Discussion

Hi Donadell,

Thank you for your numerous submissions.

We really like your entry #187, could you please now provide us with a number of variations to this?

Feel free to play around with colour and type, however, keep the principles of the square designs the same.

Thanks,

-MBO

Hi Donadell,

Thank you for your design variations.

Can you please work on refining the original entry #187 including giving it more gradient, and shine effects like your other new entries, eg. #289 and #290. We still like the colours in #187 the best.

Please also consider different fonts for the tag line "Your Business, Your Wealth, Our Focus."

Thanks,

-MBO

After some discussion we feel that #290 is the most appropriate for us. Could you please also do some variations on #290, but keeping the colours.

Could you please also try making a design with the bricks more broken apart and "lifted", and lift the star too. Finally, if possible, turn the design around so that the star is nearest the wording just so to give us an idea of what that might look like too.

I hope that all makes sense.

Thank you very much Donadell,

Hi Donadell,

Could you please provide entries #304 and #306 on a black background, experimenting with both white and silver lettering but not changing the emblem's design.

Thanks,

Hi Donadell,

Our partners are planning a meeting on Monday morning (Australian ESTD time) to discuss our design, and a decision will be made between yours and Nymalba's entries then. So don't expect to find out whether we go with your design until that time. Sorry for this delay.

Thanks again for your obliging attitude and ongoing submissions along the way. Your work has made a real impression.

I'll let you know if we'd like anything else.

Regards,

Hi Donadell,

Your design should be the winning design.

Can you please resubmit entries #306 and #326, but with the following changes:

1) Make the grid sit on the bottom left corner, keeping the star at the top right, and with the grid leaning towards the wording.
2) Tidy up the squares so that they are clearly still joined to the grid or clearly elevated off of the grid.
3) Provide two or three different stars.

Please post a comment back if you need to clarify.

Thanks,

-MBO

Donadell,

Thank you for your revisions. We feel we are just about there with the design, with one final tweak.

Could you please take entry #361 and, looking at your keyboard numberpad, lift squares 6 and 8 into the air similar to some of your previous entries (the two squares at the top right of the design next to the star). Please keep all the other squares tight as they are - don't move them. Please provide a black background and white background version.

Would it be possible that you email us a copy of the files on a white AND black background once the contest is finished? We are hoping to use both versions for different company placements. We would require all the same files as supplied in the contest to be emailed to either laggett@mbo.com.au or plooney@mbo.com.au.

Thank you very much for your help and well done on your design!

Lift the squares similar to entry #290, but obviously the other way around.

Hi Donadell,

Thank you for your last four entries.

I feel like I'm always asking you to change the design but I do need one more thing fixed. Can you please take #366 and #367, they are perfect, except the shining light on the squares is too over-empowering. Can you do light like on #365 but on those other two. The green on #366 and #367 almost looks white. That will be our final revision, unless you think there is something else needs doing.

Thank you again,

-Luke
