I like the colors but want to see it in green and maybe orange. I would like a font with rounded corners, not so blocky. I'd like to see this with MB in the foreground and the 4 behind. I don't like the graphic, looks to much like an airline or something global. The group is small and I want the logo to have a local feel.
In entry #5 I like the font. I don't like the 4 as an image but I like how the 4 is stylized. Perhaps the 4 behind the MB with the 4 made of parts of each letter where they overlap, the 4 in the background. Perhaps a shade of gray for the MB and one of the colors for the 4. Overall, a logo that is more square in overall dimension would be good I think.
