Here are some of my proposals. I've used simple and custom typography, using fonts that have beautiful characters to them, making them unique, to stand out from the crowd, whilst still having an elegance and presence. Please do click on the file to view it as large as you can :)
In both entries I've customised some of the letters ... So in entry #7 I've created upwards positive arrows in the "A". And in #8 I've altered the "X" again to create a upwards arrow.
The logo is 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed,
