After reviewing your design brief, here is the logo idea I came up with! I wanted to keep it simple enough to still look great at smaller sizes (especially at the top of your site), so that is why I kept with a silhouette and clean type. I wanted the woman to seem confident (due to her age and experience) and also sexy at the same time. I added lynx ears and a cute tail as well to give it that final touch.
I can easily add more color if you wish, but I wanted to present it as sleek black/grey first. Let me know what you think!
#3 I like the clean look of the design. Love the boldness of the letters. I would like to try a splash of color and make the woman sexier and more curvaceous. Lynx ears are fine, would like the tail to connect with the woman.
