I like the font used, looks good. Any ideas beyond the circle?

I like your new designs. The ones with the slight shade and light gray line, would it be possible to run the curve down through the first down leg of the "M" make it the cross of the "A" and the base of the "E" and the "C" and a little more pronounced. I think that may create the learning/power curve line graph I'm trying to get a feel for.
