I've made some modifications and provide you with some more concepts. I recommend you to get rid of the very long tagline. It won't be visible in small prints and small sizes. For now it only clutters your logo. Moreover, it sounds a bit "cheesy", at least for me :/ Maybe something completely different like #90 (vertical version) and #89 (horizontal version). The icon itself reminds buildings, a crown and M-letter.
Really the only I like at this time is #79. I wanted that to be built upon. The other are a bit more masculine then I want. I like my tag line and have been using it for awhile. Guess I am cheesy realtor of 12 year :) But thank you for your work. I will think on it a bit more.
No offense, I haven't said you're cheesy realtor. I said the tagline sounds cheesy. Personally, I think if you want to change your brand/corporate identity you should think about changing it...
Thank you, but I do residential real estate and want to stay away from the corporate feel. Those give me that sense. If I did commercial real estate, I would lean more that direction. Buying a house is a very personally thing and I want my logo to reflect that if possible. I realize that is hard to put on paper, but I want more soft and warm feeling.
Thank you. I not loving the new design. Now your original one I liked is almost perfect the way it is. And yes, when you add the tagline it is too small. But I am ok with a larger logo. But it just may not work with this design. So I am really trying to figure out which direction I want to go.
