Here's the update where the curve is shallower with fewer lines on the top. This looks much focal and cleaner :)

I think having a turquoise as an accent color at the eye ball line creates more contrast and pop to the logo.

Thank you for your submissions. I really like the people in this one, but I like the eye shape in #196 and I also like the addition of the other blue in #196. The people are easier to see in this darker blue, however. Would you consider making just the eyeball fan lines in the turquoise color, or would that make this look too busy?
