I really like what you did with the MW both in this logo and the one where it is shadowed behind my name.
I wold like to see it use some bohemian or mandela patterns surrounding. Use the clever positioning of initials but bring in a more free spirit feeling

Maybe focus more on the symbols and initials since I can easily have my name and Powered by Charis Realty added to the logo on a sign...There is nothing unique about that print...
