Yes! Now you are on the right track. I like that the door is made from keys. Expand on this idea while still remaining crisp. The outermost layer ornamentation should still look polished, but incorporate a real estate symbol like the key scrolls, a Palladian window, arched door...

I really like this if it was made of real estate symbols. The structure of the Mandalay should be doors, roofs, keys, Windows, keyholes....whatever relating to real estate. Don't just put the shapes in the mandala, make the mandala from the symbols (doors, keys etc.)

The Mandalay should be an abstract of home symbols. Please read the comments in the main section to all designers. This will require some thought and finesse to create a pattern from interlaced objects. For example a section could be a house with the roof made out of keys and the negative space a keyhole or something else symbolic of home/real estate. M W is fine but I need this to clearly show selling homes...

Keep trying. The mandala should be.more representative of real estate and home. Try interlocking shapes in an interesting yet recognizable way and expanding out like the MC Escher print I sent but use your imagination and creativity. See my general notes to all designers.
