Hello Martin,
Looking at your references I decided to go with a monogram of your name, this way the initials can be used on their own as a stamp or similar device for other stationary. This gives the logo greater flexibility and enables you to retain some of the advantages of your existing logo. Shown are several variations of layout with two different versions of the monogram (Entry #1 & #2 have one style and Entry #3 has another for consideration), I would recommend the version with the space inbetween the M and the R which looks more elegant and refined. The overall design is very sleek and clear but communicates a sense of establishment. The unique R letterform adds gives the logo a little personal touch. I would recommend the burnt yellow with grey colour scheme as warm tones tend to promote a better call to action.
Would love any feedback and suggestions you may have.
