Quroin, I need to send you a tip. Are you able to send me a mini logo with the M in Martin along house and columns, separate from Real Estate Group. We would like to put the logo on our checks with the M part only. This was something I requested earlier but I forgot t ask once the design was complete. Thanks

I'll review it later and try to participate if possible.

In my opinion the next contest will be much easier than this one. I had several versions to choose from and we had challenges with knowing which concept we want to present.

We already have a design but we are not that fond of the results. There are only a few changes that we would like to see in order to reach satisfaction.

1. Can you change the AND to the & symbol.

2. Can you make Real Estate Group (Gold) and Building Relationships & Legacy to (Blue).

Congratulations on making it to final selections. I do have a small request in order for my team to finalize the logo.

I’m only requesting for a color change; KEEP EVERYTHING THE SAME except the colors.

Option # 1. Change the color of Real Estate Group to Gold and Building Relationships & Legacy to Blue.

Option # 2. Change the Colors to of the original design to Metallic Blue and Gold

Option # 3. Change the color of everything in the original design that’s navy blue to Royal Blue.

After we make the final design on colors we will select you as the winner of this contest today. I do have another contest that I will be starting today or tomorrow; would you like to join us again?

This is so difficult trying to explain revisions through emails.

Everything else is good but we just have to get the length right on the roof edges.

Please look at your design #1200; make the length of the roof the same length as before and we will be good.

Could you make the edge of the roof just a little longer. Maybe it could stop at the first step at the top of the M.

Ok you almost got it, I like the roof top but I forgot to ask if you could add an overhang to the edge of the roof like the designer ranked #1. (It just makes it look more like a house.

The one other thing if you look closer at #1191 the white lines in the middle of the column is a little thicker.

Ok this what I’m looking for but I would like for you to correct two things:

1. Make the columns look the same as #1191
(the outside lines look bolder.

2. Make the roof top a little thinner above the M.

I guess I gave too many instructions in my last message. I just request the adjustments as we go.

Keep this font but make the columns # 1186.

Rotate the key with the circle on top.

Keep the columns with the two lines.

Remove the three half shaded steps at the bottom.

Keep the height of the capital M and the golden key the same.

Keep the three stacks on the top part of the M.

Keep the capital M and the golden key the same height.

Please excuse my delayed response for the past couple days. To be honest, it has been a tough decision to choose the best logo when comparing yours to one other designer. Your design was #1 practically for the entire competition; your response time and creativity has been top notch. My team has requested revisions the top 5 and I have predominantly worked with your. I have looked at several of your revisions and I believe I see what will make it stand out. I will list the features we want to keep from the various designs you sent and the ones we would like to change. I would like for you to pull a combination of things I like from each revision below to make a new version. Let’s make revisions from #1179 as the working template.

#1175:
Keep the height of the M in Martin and the golden key the same height but bigger than the ARTIN in Martin.
Keep the three stacks on the top part of the M to match the three stacked footings at the bottom section.
Keep the golden key in its position.

#1176:
Keep the columns with the two lines and but remove the three half shaded steps at the bottom.

#1179:
Keep the style for Real Estate Group (I like how the first letter of each word is larger than the other letters in each word)
Make the font for MARTIN just a little more bold.
Keep the three stacked footing at the bottom of the column.
Make the thickness of the roof thinner
Make the chimney a little short.
Remember to rotate the golden key right side up.

I was thinking about the columns could have two lines more like the link above and three steps on instead four; look at the mark up.

I had a few people to give me some feedback on on the top 5 and most of them would like to see your design with a different font that looks more like luxury

The difference is that the top part of the right and left "M" that I made looks more like the pillar of a building, while the #1151 is more of a slash

Wheats the difference between this design and #1151?

The last revision you made to the letter M appears to be two columns which was a nice touch. I would like to see you make the columns more visible by adding a couple lines to each of them.

Could you keep the spacing the same between the roofing and top portion of the M but stretch the legs out so that the top of the M is the same height of the key.

by changing the color of the chimney to gold

I like the font the you used in #755; I would also like to see the design with a gold chimney

Include the gold trim in the rooftop like you had once before in the previous designs. Also substitute the letter i in Martin for a gold key. This design is very clean and easy to read but I would like for the M to be more modern. In the future we will use the letter M with the rooftop as a stand alone feature.

Do you want to know if the logo with only the letter "M" is separated or only uses black and white or something else?

Update

I have made several variations as well as several colors.

This logo is very clean and simple which I like but I would like to see more creativity with the font for MG; maybe change Martin Group a different color.
