Sure thank you for asking, my team is not to fond of the M disconnecting in the font. We also like how you had the font for Real Estate Group before when the first letter in each word was slightly bigger. It was also a different font from the cursive style.
We also need to do something different with the box.

I was thinking to do away with the square design behind the letter M and to do something completely different with that part. Also remove the top horizontal line above Martin but keep the font as is or something you think that’s better.
This a very professional look but it doesn’t quite depict that we are in real estate without additional wording. Let’s try something different with the rotated square shape.
