While the restart button graphic is interesting and fits with the tag, I think any primary visual should relate to the brand name as opposed the slogan as the slogan may change over time.
I feel like there are too many "green" logos out there right now as so many brands attempt to wrap themselves in the popular green/environmental ethos. Being green is not really a big aspect of Jumper Cable.
Given the importance of the slogan in communicating what Industry we're in (marketing), I think the slogan needs to be more prominent.
