I like this design. The blue box behind the 'C' could do with a slight more emphasis on it being an 'M' but not too much. Whilst I like the background coloring, I need to ask my web design how that fits into the given space. Actually I like your design. I am still playing with all the logos at the moment. The rankings I am giving are by no means a rejection of any designs at the point.
