Too harsh. No need for blocked letters. And, all caps is too much.

I don't like how all the letters are in all-caps.

This is okay, but the font is very plain and would like some more personality in the font.

This one isn't really doing anything for me. It seems a little disjointed.

I don't like the graphic, makes me feel like this is a logo for family services.

Too much going on here, and the font is too plain for me.
