Damn, I also really like this design too. Only suggestion would be to not include color other than blue. Maybe swap that orange/brown color for grey?

Loving this one so far. Our logo will mostly be used on letterheard and our website, which means it needs to be very long and rectangular, so if there's a way to make the MGC smaller, or push it to the left, that would be great.
