I like the modern crest not sure about the ms in the middle yet, maybe a change there.

I would like to see it in a linear line with the crest in the front.

replace Realty with Orlando Realty
Replace Marcus Smith with Marcus E Smith to see the difference

still dont like the new M

What can we do instead of the MS dont like MES to much either.

i like the silve that was used in the #1 ranking.

The reason that the other is in first is that it is brighter and pop's more.

Not big on the MS with the Tree. lets make the tree bigger. and what would a couple of Cypress Trees look like. the Cypress Tree is native to the South. or simular to it.

i have a friend that would like to see a house the in the crest. can the color to be brighter lets make it pop a little more.
and the lines in front and behind the Orlando realty to make it a bit more grounded or weighted.

Here are some of requested revisions.
I can't use house inside the crest because it's been already used
and designers here are very touchy.
