#13 #12 appears to be a financial analyst of some sort....does not promote inspirational power.
#16 I like, and I like the use of the letter C, and colors. But the speaker inside of the C I do not like.

Getting real close...the image within the 'c' is still not quite there, not powerful enough.
The color schemes are coming together also. Could you do one with another color that could serve as a very lite accent

Once you do that on #80 and #79....Give me two ADDITIONAL looks like #79 and #80, except this time--with a man folding his arms on both of the, with the red tie....and these should be with the font of #65 also
