About energy charging, Is it your brand also Energy drink related?

Yes, it's abstract arrow for peak performance

I like the design ranked above you because it looks like a battery and it makes me think of energy charging up. I like the arrow in yours but not sure what it symbolises... Reaching your peak perhaps. Can you make it more obvious?

I like the white highlights but prefer the tone of grey in your first design. Prefer not to have a tagline with this design.

Try playing with the effects and adding tagline
