Thank-you for the new entries. Some feedback:
#38 - I like the curved sun rays and contrast between the sky and rays. The leaves add a nice natural feel and convey the idea of wind subtly but perceptibly.
#40 - I like it but prefer the prominence of the sun and color contrast of #40.
#43 - Looks too mechanical. I would like to stay keep the look of the logo on the soft/feminine side. Straight lines/perfect symmetry feel hard, engineered and masculine (to me at least). This effect is softened in #38 & #40.
Ojibwa art from my area has a distinctive look/feel this is rich in color, flowing and interconnected. Here are some examples:
