Also, everyone in my org that has voted has asked that we simplify colors. Perhaps the circle-arrows be an oceanic blue, while the cross is a silver-gray.

The arrows, filled with words, are an interesting direction. Can you remove the name and unblur the cross? And can each arrow be a different color?
