In the previous version the M in the fleur de lis was too angular. In this version the M is too "curvy". Try something in between.

Yes better. Can you try a version where the fleur de lis is separate from MALDONADO ORTHODONTICS and the top of fleur de lis looks like M and bottom looks like O?
