Hi-Not sure what the circle refers to tho my last name begins with an O. Colors fine, not sure the block name at bottom ties font wise w the graphic. If you make a circle shouldnt the letters underneath also show a bit of flow? thanks, M
Hi- Understand but might have been a bit too subtle before. 2nd attempt is more to my liking. Any color/font changes to get the MAK to standout a tad? Dont change the roof colors or lines..focus on the MAK real estate words - try a script rather block so words are not plain/ordinary/forgettable. Classy,elegant but standing out from others..."leader of the pack" I want to leave an imprint on a subconscious level since there are a gadzillion seller choices. thanks!
I like being able to see options.First I saw where you finished first with Metro's graphics. That was bold and memorable and congrats on being a winner. Hopefully we can find the right balance of form. I see this as being used on my website ( home page), on signs in front lawns and on letterhead stationary.So it has to translate readily between all three. Do you give a DVD in what format if the winner? thanks,

If you select me as the winner, I can give you eps format (in Logo Tournament need eps and jpg format for final file) But I can give you other format ( ai, corel, etc ) you can ask what you need, and I will deliver it to your email. I don't know how to give you a DVD for the file, because we are in different country and I don't know how much will cost :) I think email is the best way to deliver the final files

I think #51 is the winner here. My 2nd rank guy has computer issues big time which I take as not a good sign. If I also like two other designs of yours that finished at the top, can we work that out once I close the contest? I will need Jpeg formatting for use on web site and stationary.

Ok, I like your work. I think #87 or #86 would play ok on a lawn sign in front of a home and #50 I like for stationary/mailings. While I personally like the strong blue color and conveys trust. got any ideas on how to play with #87 or #86 to make it stand out more so it gets noticed?
Hi I have yet to see anything you have drawn that I didnt like... not a bad one in the bunch. I guess it is more a question of do I LOVE it not just like it.So that is so subjective. There is no question in my mind that you have talent and are good in this medium. It is more now a matter of selecting an artist or possibly two that I want to work with now and in the future. I will review each artists portfolio and give each of your drawings considerable thought. I keep hoping I will wake up with one that I cant get out of my head nor my heart. thanks,

Think we are getting worse not better. I like #50,#51 and #52 for stationary- might need to be scaled bigger for a sign.
#128 is so close to my first pick you are in danger of being taken to arbitration and having all your entries pulled off. so remove it before you get caught. I get the point that you can create what he has created.

#50,#52,#51,#105 may work best at website www.isellchicagohomes.com due to the page constraints. I would like to see what #51 the 3rd inverted V looks like in another color than green- yellow/gold/red. MIght look horrible but just curious.
Since you do not believe it is an arbitration issue then take #50 logo w #129 lettering color or some variation to make it "pop" a bit. ENLARGE IT ONE SIZE UP AS WELL whether left as #50. This was one of my fav's when we started and I may go back to it due to it's clarity. thanks, M
Hi I still like #50 as well as #155 both would look great for stationary. I also like #154 a tad better than #153, #51. After thought.... I would like to see with #155, #50 one give the logo address and the other give the slogan selling homes faster for more money so I can switch off on the usage/need. thanks, Marilyn
PS, I do not want you to do any more changes other than the one requested above, I would use #154,#153 or #51 for lawn signs and I would need the web address as well as adding the phone number of 847-722-6800 to the bottom of that design but never the slogan. thanks for all the good work, Marilyn
