Drop LLC from name, change slogan to Shopping Center Investment, try the MAIN in same blue as STREET,
I like the shopping center icon, but it does not quite capture shopping center vs. any building. Consider a different icon that communicates a typical US grocery store shopping center.

#16. I like this. I'm not so sure about the yellow in the lantern though, maybe so it just looks like glass but not lit up. Also it would be interesting to see the street a little more realistic. Maybe in cobblestones or something.
